About the presenter:   Julie Kelsey managed restaurants within CRO Inc. before venturing out to open and operate three successful restaurant/bars in the Dallas metroplex.  After leaving the restaurant industry, she went on to work as Director of Visitor Services for the city of Alexandria, Virginia Convention and Visitors Association.  More recently Mrs. Kelsey worked as Director of Career Services for Heritage Institute.  Among her various responsibilities were development of curriculum and implementation of Business Development courses.  Currently, Julie is working as a Small Business consultant in Northwest Houston.  She attended Loyola University in New Orleans, LA.   X ,+-+
